| The Development Programme incorporates skills and fitness for all ages and for under 20s and seniors provides the opportunity to be seen by National coaches. It is therefore essential that anyone who has aspirations to play for Wales or to be selected for the academy attends this programme. National coaches cannot be expected to come and watch fixtures if players do not make the effort to attend development days such as these.
The days will run from 10am to 3pm delivered by a range of guest coaches. Please arrive at 9.30am for a prompt 10.00am start. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of fluids.
As part of the final day on Sunday, September 7 and there will be a workshop for club coaches led by the National Head Coach, Jason Lewis. Details of this workshop will follow and will be available on the WRU website.
The cost of the programme to players is £10 (total). Please send application forms and payment to Hayley Baxter at WRU Indoor Arena, Vale of Glamorgan Hotel, Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan, CF72 8JY.
