Five players will make their Scarlets debut when Phil Davies’s side play their first pre-season friendly against Exeter on Saturday at Sandy Park Stadium (kick-off 3pm).
Fly half Rhys Priestland will make his bow in the backs while front rowers James Hayter and Bruce Douglas will be joined by lock Adam Eustace and openside flanker Jonathan Edwards in the starting XV.

Former Saracens Prop Ben Broster and Cornish Pirates scrumhalf Gavin Cattle are expected to get a run-out in the second half.

Davies is hoping to use most of his travelling squad at some stage during the game. The Scarlets are currently in camp for the week in Exeter.
