| Gruff Rees, a former Glamorgan Wanderers Coach is Assistant Coach at Neath RFC and took the reigns during Head Coach Rowland Phillips's secondment to the National Squad for the duration of the RBS Six Nations.
Gruff Rees's speciality is as Backs Coach for Neath and he also performs duties in the Ospreys Academy as Skills Coach. Rees has previous experience coaching with Wales U18 and this season has been made an Assistant Coach with Wales U19.
