| Ben Broster joined the Llanelli Scarlets from Saracens ahead of the 2007–2008 season. Broster joined Saracens in 2000 but did not make his full debut for the side until 2003; he made a total of 67 appearances for the side before moving to the Welsh region.
Broster has two caps for Wales; he made his debut on the tour of North America in 2005, coming on as a replacement against the USA and making the starting line-up, and scoring his first Welsh try, a week later in the Test against Canada.
