| To take part in one of the Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Courses listed here on the Welsh Rugby Union website please download the application form below (available in English and Welsh), complete it and send it back to your the office of your Regional Community Rugby Manager.
Please remember to enclose a cheque to cover the costs of entering the course (£88.00 Level 1, £176.00 Level 2) with the application form made payable to Welsh Rugby Union Limited.
Your place on the course will not be guaranteed without both the application form and the cheque and applicants are reminded that they should apply for courses where there are at least twenty working days before commencement.
