Please download the application form to the right and send it, enclosing a cheque made payable to Welsh Rugby Union Limited to cover the costs of the course, to the Scarlets Regional Community Rugby Manager:

Your place on the course will not be guaranteed without both the application form and the cheque, and applicants are reminded that they should apply for courses where there are at least twenty working days before commencement.
