The 'Feel Good' factor continues in Welsh rugby and on the Reebok Welsh Rugby Union Podcast this week. We speak to Wales captain Ryan Jones, who has attended a Disability Six Nations event, and also from Paul Taylor, Disability Sport Wales Officer for Caerphilly County Borough Council, at the event staged in Ystrad Mynach.

Wales and Ospreys hooker Huw Bennett gives his thoughts on the Grand Slam feeling, and also talks about the Ospreys' successful season to date on the back of winning a place in the EDF Energy Cup Final against Leicester for the second successive season.

WRU Group Head of Operations Tim Burton talks on the importance of participation in rugby in Wales at grass roots level and how to get more involved in Wales's national sport, and also how the RBS Six Nations trophy could be coming to your club, school or community in the near future.

Before they set off for Ireland, Wales U18 Team Manager Terry Cobner and Head Coach Simon King talk ahead of the U18 Six Nations Festival in Cork, and there's also a look ahead to the forthcoming IRB Junior World Championship; one of the four venues is the Racecourse in Wrexham and WRU North Wales Community Rugby Manager Austin Thomas gives his views on what is sure to be a superb tournament.
