At the Gnoll, Premiership champions Neath play host to Cardiff for what promises to be an action-packed clash. Rowland Phillips's side are six points off the top of the Premiership after a disappointing start to the season while Cardiff find themselves in sixth spot.

Cross Keys have home advantage on their side when they take on Aberavon at Pandy Park. The Keys are six points adrift of the Wizards in the Premiership but league form counts for nothing as the sides fight for a place in the quarter-finals.

At the Memorial Ground Premiership relegation candidates Glamorgan Wanderers and Bedwas meet in a welcome distraction from the pressures of the league. Elsewhere Llanelli travel to Rodney Parade to front up to Newport and Premiership front-runners Ebbw Vale take on Swansea at Eugene Cross Park.
