Blues North U16s will be bidding for a fifth successive victory in the WRU Reebok Regional Championship when they take on the Scarlets at Llandovery this evening, whilst the Dragons and Ospreys battle it out at Cross Keys.
Having maintained their winning run at the expense of the Dragons at Cross Keys three weeks ago, the North head west for a game that could, providing they win, take them a step closer to the February 28th final.

When the sides met at Pontypridd back in August, the North were 23-8 winners with Will Rose, who was later sent off, scoring the opening try and Sean Nicholas, Garrick Legge and Lloyd Peart making sure of the bonus point.

Since then they have swept all before them and with the Scarlets having endured a poor first half to the campaign, a third away-day success of the season is certainly on the cards.

The other game sees the Dragons entertain the Ospreys at Pandy Park. The Ospreys, who lifted the title last season, defeated tonight's opponents 10-3 at Waterton Cross earlier in the campaign courtesy of a try from centre Rhys Llewellyn and a second from No.8 Scott Hicks.

However, they will come up against a Dragons side who are determined to register a second win of the season. They beat the Blues South 10-0 back in October and if they can summon up a similar performance they will run close to the second placed Ospreys.
