| The ASDA League One clubs enter the competition in the third round and the draw has pitted the unbeaten leaders in the East, UWIC, against Cwmllynfell, from the West, on 21 October.
Welsh Districts clubs Cambrian Welfare and Bryncethin Sports both have to travel in Round 3. Cambrian Welfare's reward for beating Glyncorrwg is a trip to Division 1 East side Bargoed, while Bryncethin will travel to 5 South Central outfit Maesteg Celtic hoping to add their scalp to that of Penarth in the last round.
