That made it three out of three for the former Wales and Lions No 8, after scoring against Northampton Saints and The Borders, and ensured the Scarlets retained their unbeaten run to stay at the top of Pool 4.
In the other Heineken Cup ties, Edinburgh hung onto top spot in Pool 2 with a 19-9 home win over Leeds Tykes, while Sale Sharks notched their first away win with a stunning 23-22 victory over Leinster Lions at Lansdowne Road.
