Neath-Swansea Ospreys coach Lyn Jones has several injury concerns leading up to Friday night's Heineken Cup match against European champions Toulouse.

Gavin Henson is trying to overcome a slight calf strain sustained against Toulouse last weekend and his presence will be badly missed if his talented kicking abilities are not available to the Ospreys.

Scott Gibbs left the pitch a suspected broken hand, and even though X-rays showed no break, there is still uncertainty over his availability due to a head injury he picked up in the same match.

Jones will wait until the last possible moment to name his starting line-up, hoping that his inspirational skipper will be fit to start.

The Ospreys are hoping to draw a large crowd to get behind the region seeking to end an eight-match losing run.

"Last weekend the players found playing in front of 10,000-plus partisan spectators an exciting and inspiring experience. We hope to replicate that kind of cauldron atmosphere at the Gnoll on Friday night," Jones said.
