| The WRU have teamed up with Mark Bennett the new Celtic Warriors conditioning coach, Mark has agreed to deliver four conditioning sessions to club, regional age group, and district coaches over the next four months.
The first of these workshop based sessions will take place on Wednesday 17th March 2004 at Pencoed College, time 7-9pm. The evening will concentrate on planning, testing, and fitness standards.
