If we could have chosen a time to play Italy it would not have been at the start of the championship, especially away from home. They are at their keenest and most dangerous in the opening few rounds - just ask the Scots. I would much prefer to have played them near the end when they have been through the mill a bit, but the calendar says we have to be in Rome in Round 1. It's going to be a tough test for us and we know we will have to prepare thoroughly for it.
