MARDI GRAS CONCERT EXTRAVAGANZA AT MILLENNIUM STADIUM

The Millennium Stadium will play host to what is promising to be one of Britain's largest gay events on the calendar. Confirmed headline artists are the fantastic Bjorn Again, who will be looking to bring the house down with some classic 70s disco tunes. The world renowned band already have a number of huge gigs behind them including supporting Shania Twain on tour, playing at Russell Crowe’s wedding and performing on stage at Reading Festival.
 
Celebrity endorsements range from the ex-lead singer of Nirvana, Kurt Cobain, who said of them “Bjorn Again are wonderful!… Uncanny!... Amazing!… They look and sound exactly like ABBA”. Other celebrity fans include Michael Stipe front man of REM who stated “I find Bjorn Again inspirational”.

Also on stage is the UK's entry to Eurovision, the exceptionally powerful voice of Nicki French. Joining Nicki is Bristol based band El Guapo, set to be the next big thing in Indie Rock, these guys have the excellent guitar skills that are set to get you bouncing.

Other stars include the world famous Boy George Experience, who has toured South Africa Germany, extensively throughout the UK, and was awarded Entertainer of the year for 2001 by JPC. Jacquaii Cann, Korben, Miss Tina Sparkle, Miss Kitty, and the one and only Dr Bev all compliment these acts throughout the evening.

Drinks will be at pub prices, there are a number of fairground rides to give you an adrenaline rush, there will also be all the other things there that you would expect from a concert of this size at a stadium of this calibre.
