“Despite all three of the hookers in our squad coming through training unscathed today (Monday), we have decided to give ourselves an extra day’s grace to assess the fitness of key individuals,” said Wales coach Mike Ruddock. “We want to ensure there is no deterioration or reaction with injuries to certain players in a couple of positions and, especially with our match this week being played on a Sunday, it makes sense not to rush into selection - although all current indications are positive.”
