It should be interesting to see if Bedwas can take a quick double or whether the Sardis Road supporters can pull Ponty through.

Swansea against Bridgend is sure to bring a host of points at St Helen's and Aberavon would like to defeat Cross Keys a week before a semi-final cup appearance. |
