| The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the management of people, and a background in rugby. They will be enthusiastic and dedicated to providing the high standards required to manage a National Squad.
Ideally the applicant will have experience in working with elite athletes and be understanding to their needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a large number of people especially when travelling. They must be computer literate and contactable via email.
The candidate must be able to commit to a training and competition schedule including Six Nations, European and World Cups. A small remuneration package is available to the successful applicant.
