The Keys are currently in sixth place with a three point cushion over nearest rivals Newport and will be keen to dent the Welsh All Black’s recent fine run of form. After starting the season as one of the league’s high-fliers the Keys have recently fallen off the pace at the top but still hope to better last season’s sixth place.

Basement dwellers Cardiff play host to local rivals Swansea at the Arms Park knowing a win is a must if they are to pull off a great escape. The Blue & Black’s are three points adrift of Ebbw Vale at the foot of Wales’s top flight and time is running out for them to get out of trouble. In stark contrast Swansea sit comfortably in ninth place and look to be clear of any threat of relegation. The All Whites will play with a confidence severely lacking in the Capital and may well condemn their luckless rivals to a sixteenth defeat.

Third placed Bridgend will be looking to edge ahead of Pontypridd as they entertain Pontypool at the Brewery Field. A recent defeat at the hands of Aberavon put the brakes on the Raven’s title aspirations but if they rediscover their early season form they may still challenge current holders Neath.

Pooler find themselves in tenth place in the table and know that a handful of points will guarantee top flight rugby at Pontypool Park next term.

Glamorgan Wanderers welcome Welsh Cup holders Llanelli to the Memorial Ground as they enter the final stages of their return to the Premiership. The Wanderers have claimed a number of notable scalps this season but still need points if they are to steer clear of the relegation dogfight.

Fellow newcomers Maesteg are only one point ahead of Glamorgan Wanderers and will also be looking to secure their place in next year’s Premiership sooner rather than later. The Old Parish take on second-from-bottom Ebbw Vale at Eugene Cross Park with the Steelmen desperate for a win to keep their survival hopes alive.
