Wales fans will only have to wait until the start of the new season to see one of stars of the Grand Slam winning team return to action.
Hard hitting Ryan Jones has returned to full training with his regional team mates and declared his excitement about returning to top-flight rugby.

"I have missed the game more than I thought possible,” he told the Western Mail. "You simply can't replace the buzz of playing in front of 70,000 spectators for Wales."

Jones missed the majority of last season with a shoulder injury that eventually required surgery, and now Jones is chomping at the bit to get back to playing the game he loves.

"2007 is going to be a massive year for the Ospreys and also for Wales, with the Rugby World Cup. I am taking nothing for granted and will be grateful just to get back on the field, but it is a brilliant to be a part of things again," he continued. "The adrenalin surge is massive and it makes you value being a sportsman. My aim is to return bigger and stronger and pick up where I left off before my injury."
