| The first points of the game came in the 13th minute, after a period of concerted Welsh pressure and a huge battle upfront. The forwards got the better of their opposition to plough over, with second row Rachel Taylor on the ball to claim five points.
During the second half, the backs brought in Wales Development's second try. The backline combined to release wing Lucy Edwards who hit a superb angle to finish the movement.
The British Army's consolation points came shortly after through a penalty, to bring the final score to 10-3.
Try-scorer Lucy Edwards and her twin sister Sophie put in outstanding performances, while Vikki Gaylard and Becky Davies both made excellent breaks from the back of the scrum to keep the Army defence on their toes throughout the game.
