Quins outside-half Simon Daniel banged over five goals as the home side took a 15-0 lead at halftime before easing to one of their best victories of the season on a day which saw four matches postponed.

Stuart Morris was the toast of Maesteg as his 88th-minute penalty goal broke Cross Keys hearts in a 25-22 thriller. Maesteg were flirting with the relegation zone before Morris' last-gasp effort, which complemented a try double from winger Grant Epton. Cross Keys scored two second-half tries to get back into contention, but lost Ian George and Tom Lampard to the sin-bin at the same time and had no answer for Maesteg's two-man advantage.

Second-placed Bridgend are keeping leaders Neath honest after a 34-10 mauling of Newport. The Ravens ran in five tries to one in a polished performance at the Brewery Field.

Glamorgan Wanderers flanker Richard Thomas scored an 80th-minute try as his side nseaked past Swansea 20-15. Wanderers scored three tries to none, with Swansea fly-half Stuart Thomas keeping his side in touch with five goals.
