| Scott MacLeod is the only survivor in the Llanelli Scarlets pack whilst in the backs Ceiron Thomas takes over from Stephen Jones at fly half with Barry Davies and Garan Evans also in.
Connacht Coach Michael Bradley has made four changes as well as two positional switches for the Stradey Park match. John Hearty, Peter Durcan, Michael Swift and Ray Hogan all return, Daniel Riordan and Gavin Duffy swap places. Duffy moves to outside centre and Riordan to fullback, while David Gannon moves from the second row to blindside flanker for the first time.
The Scarlets pack will have veteran John Davies at prop in the 38-year-old's final match as a professional before he begins a new career in coaching. Barry Davies takes over from Morgan Stoddart at fullback, while Evans's inclusion was a late change on Thursday for Darren Daniel.
